We continue to live our mission everyday – in everything we do.  Our employees' commitment to producing safe and quality products has made our mission possible.  We continue to provide our customers with innovative ideas and products.  We are very proud of our ability to produce some of the most complex treats in the industry – consistently and efficiently.

Our 160,000 sq ft facility has three production lines and four packaging lines.  We currently employ approximately 140 employees.  Our production department is divided into two main segments – processing (mixing, forming and baking) and packaging (packaging and assembling products for shipment).  These two areas are supported and enhanced by our quality, sanitation, maintenance, engineering and warehousing personnel.  We have our own on-site quality lab and our technicians are responsible for over 30 quality checks throughout our production flow along with the testing they administer on incoming ingredients and finished goods.

With our new Mission comes a new Vision Statement of what we will strive to become… "The home of unleashed ideas; where we say 'Yes' to success".  To reach our vision we must have a corresponding organization-wide singular focus of finding ways to say "Yes!" to our clients.  While capitalizing on our established core competencies, we can make this new vision a reality.
